Custom Fork Brace: This Monster Fork Brace was made for our friends at MM Custom Cycles. Its has slots on the main brace to allow adjustment during wheel alignment.
Custom Shifter Link and Points Cover for Full Throttle Magazine: Check out this custom shifter link we made for Full Throttle Magazine friends Jerry and Tracy. A couple of 5 Hole Points were also made using the Magazine Logo, can't wait to see it on their bikes!
Road King Flames:
The Candy 2 layer flame job turned out great. Now that the parts are back on the
bike, the chrome and black make the paint look even better. Click on the images
to make them bigger.
More Road King Flames: This 2 layer flame job is progressing nicely. The tank, and fenders are done so final assembly can move forward. The bags, lids and side panels are finishing up too.
Road King Flames: Check out these cool ass flames we are painting onto our Road King Project Bike. We are laying out 2 layers of overlapping flames with a Harley-Davidson Logo on the tank.
Road King Fender Rivet Trick: Stock Road Kings and the other Touring models have large rivets holding the fender to the fender mounts. For a trick look, you can remove the rivets and weld up the fender mounts for clean look. Check on the images below to see the step by step process of removing the stock rivets.
Check out this Titan Sidewinder Fix. The stock caliper bracket was damaged around the rear axle so a new one was needed. This part is not available from Titan so we engineered a new one with some additional features. Click on the images below to see the process of creating a custom bracket from the concept to install.
The projects link now has several updates to it. All the content from the 1997 FXSTC and 2006 FXSTI projects have been transferred from the old site. There are some smaller projects that still need to be moved over, this will happen over time and as we feel the need to document any existing and new projects.
Check out these cool T-shirt Designs: Still under development, so the final versions might look a little different. We will have these out for the riding season this spring.
Spending way to much time transferring the contents
from the old site into the new... Most of the parts are online now and the builds
are coming soon. So for all the emails "Hey, where did the builds go",
hang in there, were working on it...
Check out these cool custom saddle bag inserts for a Road Glide, any bagger for that mater. These were custom built for a buddy of ours down in Nashville TN. Black is the new Chrome, so these will look great for those blacked out saddle bag latches. These replace the stock reflector inserts.
We are considering making these as a production part. However, we also have plans to make our line of latch covers in the near future too. Time will tell...
After several years of dealing with frames (not bike frames, but html frames), it was time to move into the modern world of CSS. The main reason to convert the old web site into the newer format was for easier navigation though the site and to allow direct linkage of specific pages. This also makes it easier for the search engines to catalog our web pages so it will be easier for you to find us on the web.
The content is basically the same as before with the addition more parts available online for direct purchase, the new blog section, and some cool navigation tools. A few things are still missing and will be added as time permits...
Below is the last of the old website.
