CHROME-E-O Styled Fender Spacers for 2014 to 2021 (49mm down tubes)
Question: What size fender spacer do I need?
Answer: Its not how big your wheel is that matters, it’s how wide the finder is at the fork lowers that is important when ordering your fender spacers.
2014-2021 (7.250 inch spread on the 49mm lowers)
(6.00 inch fender) 5/8″ Spacer is needed
(5.75 inch fender) 3/4″ Spacer is needed
(5.50 inch fender) 7/8″ Spacer is needed
(5.25 inch fender) 1″ Spacer is needed
1993-2013 (8.000 inch spread on the 41mm lowers)
(6.50 inch fender) 3/4″ Spacer is needed
(6.25 inch fender) 7/8″ Spacer is needed
(6.00 inch fender) 1″ Spacer is needed
(5.50 inch fender) 1-1/4″ Spacer is needed
NOTE: Each fender spacers has 2 main holes and 2 additional blind tapped holes on the back side for a total of 4 mounting holes. 2 additional bolts are included for the blind tapped holes. The spread between the fork lowers is 8 inches on the 2013 bikes and older while the 2014 and newer bikes have a 7.250 spread. Measure your front fender width, subtract it from the spread and divide this by 2.
(Example #1 5 1/2 inch Front Fender, 2013 and older)
8 – 5.5 = 2.5
2.5 / 2 = 1.25
1.25 (1 1/4) Fender Spacers are needed for 5 1/2 Fender for 2013 and older
(Example #2 6 inch Front Fender, 2014 and newer)
7.25 – 6.0 = 1.25
1.25 / 2 = 0.625
0.625 (5/8) Fender Spacer is needed for a 6 inch wide fender with 2014 or newer lowers.
